Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, Aura by Jamila maintains the following return policy.

Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

• You received the wrong item.
• Your order arrived damaged.
• The product was defective upon delivery.

To qualify:

• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• The product must remain unused and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase and clear photographs of the product must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Opened perfume bottles
• Used perfume oils
• Body mists that have been opened
• Gift cards
• Clearance or promotional items

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection of the returned product.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from our error.

Exchanges

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, we will gladly replace it subject to stock availability.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
